1. Provider and scope

Your contracting party is Leonard Oldekop, Seestrasse 65, 8700 Küsnacht, Switzerland; contact: atlasframe.contact@gmail.com. These terms apply to purchases expressly enabled for delivery to Switzerland.

No paid purchase can be completed while payment is disabled. Saved designs, print previews and expressly labelled sandbox tests are not paid orders.

2. Product and print approval

You personalise a map on a transparent 6 × 8-inch acrylic block (approximately 152 × 203 mm), approximately 25 mm thick. The product description and the print file approved before purchase define the specific product.

Before approval, check the map, area, text, spelling and transparent sections. The approved print design is linked to the order. Lighting, screens and acrylic can affect perceived colour; this does not permit blanket departures from agreed characteristics. Only use content you are entitled to use.

3. Orders, payment and contract

You select the design, quantity and delivery address, review the print file and product and shipping charges, and then proceed to Wix checkout. You can review and correct entries before the binding order step. The final order button identifies the purchase as requiring payment.

The purchase contract is formed upon successful paid checkout and our electronic order confirmation of the completed purchase. Order information is sent electronically without delay. Print approval alone, a saved design or a failed payment does not form a purchase.

Production starts only after payment is confirmed and the approved print file is linked. Payment confirmation alone is not a shipping confirmation. If a paid order cannot be fulfilled, we will inform you and refund the amount already collected for it; further statutory rights remain available.

4. Prices and currency

The product price is CHF 35 per frame plus the shipping charges shown before purchase. The binding product, shipping and total prices for the specific order apply. Checkout is charged in Swiss francs (CHF).

If your payment provider converts from CHF to another account currency, its exchange rate and any fees apply. Those bank fees are not a surcharge charged by ATLAS FRAME.

According to the operator there is currently no Swiss VAT liability, and Swiss VAT is not separately charged. A tax-free supplier quote is not a promise that no import charges or carrier fees will arise. The Shipping and returns information also applies.

5. Delivery and changes

We engage Prodigi and its production and delivery partners to manufacture and deliver your personalised product. ATLAS FRAME remains your contracting party and contact. Initially, delivery is limited to addresses in Switzerland.

The shipping charge and estimated production and delivery time applicable to the enabled route are shown before the binding order step. An estimate is not a guaranteed delivery date. We will inform you of an identified delay.

We review requests to change or cancel an order before production starts; email atlasframe.contact@gmail.com. A production stop is promised only after our confirmation. After personalised production starts, we may decline voluntary changes or cancellation. Statutory rights remain available.

6. Returns, defects and applicable law

Swiss online purchases generally have no general statutory right of withdrawal. We do not offer voluntary returns solely for a change of mind about fault-free personalised products.

Statutory rights relating to defects and warranty, non-performance or transit damage, and mandatory liability remain available. Report a defect, damage or missing delivery to atlasframe.contact@gmail.com. An order number, description and photographs provided voluntarily help us investigate.

Swiss law applies subject to mandatory consumer protections and statutory venues. No exclusive venue is imposed to the detriment of consumers.
